We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you pick up the phone, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own house. We're a family outfit, so if something isn't right with a unit, that falls on us, and we make it right before the day is out.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you let us know you're done.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
